Sadistic nurse tells patient, “I’m going to treat your ass while playing a card game. I’ll shuffle the cards, and you say stop. If the card is black, I’ll treat your ass by gently stroking it with my hand. If the card is red, I’ll treat your ass by hitting it with a riding crop the number of times indicated by the number. It’ll be an exciting and fun treatment! Ha ha ha.” Nurse shuffles the cards with a grin, and patient says stop nervously. If the patient draws a black card, nurse says to patient, “Congratulations! Good for you!” and gently strokes the patient’s butt with her hand. However, if patient draws a red card, nurse says to patient, “Too bad, ha ha ha. It’s a whipping treatment. You count the number of whippings. This is a treatment, hehehe. I hope you get a black card next. It’ll be an exciting and fun treatment, ha ha ha.” Nurse then makes patient get on all fours, holds patient’s head between her legs, and hits him hard on the ass with the whip, laughing.
